I worked for four years as a bar supervisor in a busy student bar in London and have a personal alcohol license. More recently I've been a project and programme manager, but as I've just moved to Edinburgh and am currently between projects I'd like to pick up some bar work for the month of August. I'm not looking for full-time hours - just odd shifts, mostly in the day preferred.
